文中阐述了工业园区实施规划环评必要性,从政策法规、资源环境制约因素等方面着手,对产业园区规划环评若干问题进行分析,并提出相对应解决措施,以供参考。

Based on the necessity of implementing planning EIA in industrial parks, this paper analyzes some problems of planning EIA in industrial parks from the aspects of policies and regulations, resource and environmental constraints, and puts forward corresponding solutions for reference.
