摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时检测食品接触用金属制品中16种金属元素迁移量(酸性条件下)的分析方法。方法结合实际接触条件,将食品接触用金属制品在4%乙酸溶液煮沸30 min并重复3次,选择2种适合的内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时对16种元素进行检测。结果各元素在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999。加标回收率为88.7%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为1.81%~8.38%(n=6),检出限为0.03~0.3μg/L,定量限为0.1~0.9μg/L。结论该方法准确、精密度好,适合于食品接触用金属制品中16种金属元素迁移量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous detection of 16 metal elements migration(under acidic conditions) in metal products for food contact by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods Combined with the actual contact conditions, the metal products for food contact were boiled in 4% acetic acid solution for 30 minutes and repeated 3 times. Totally 2 suitable internal standard elements were selected, and 16 elements were detected simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results Each element had a good linear relationship within a certain concentration range, and the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999. The recovery rates of standard addition were 88.7%-99.8%, and the relative standard deviation were 1.81%-8.38%(n=6). The limits of detection were 0.03-0.3 μg/L, and the limits of quantitation were 0.1-0.9 μg/L. Conclusion This method is accurate and precise, and is suitable for the detection of the migration of 16 metal elements in metal products for food contact.
