摘要 马来西亚与我国签署"一带一路"合作协议,作为一带一路沿线重要国家,多年来是我国在东盟的主要贸易伙伴。马来西亚清真食品需求量较大,蕴藏巨大食品贸易商机,应该引起食品出口国家的重视。本文就马来西亚食品安全监管机构和职责、法律法规、标准体系、食品安全监管、食品贸易情况进行了系统分析,马来西亚食品安全监管体系全面细致,符合国际规范。通过该研究为企业、政府部门、研究机构和社会各界了解马来西亚食品安全监管体系提供重要参考。 Malaysia has signed the belt and road initiatives cooperation agreement with China. As one important country along the belt and road initiatives way, Malaysia has been China’s main trading partner in ASEAN for man y years. The demand for halal food in Malaysia is large and there are huge business opportunities for food trade, which should be paid attention by food exporting countries. In this paper, Malaysia’s food safety regulatory institutions and responsibilities, laws and regulations, standard system, food safety supervision, food trade situation were analyzed systematically. Malaysia’s food safety regulatory system is comprehensive and detailed, in line with international standards. This study provides important reference for enterprises, government departments, research institutions and the community to understand the food safety regulatory system in Malaysia.
