摘要
基于上海城市更新转型发展的时代背景,梳理了上海微更新实践的发展历程、工作机制、成效与问题,将多样化的"微更新现象"归纳为专业化、系统化引导与公众、社会资源参与这两种路径下的合力成果,并对推进可持续的城市更新建设提出了一些设想。
Based on the historical background of Shanghai’s urban regeneration and transformation, this paper reviews the development processes, working mechanisms, accomplishments and problems in the practices of micro regeneration in Shanghai. It explains multifarious representations of micro regeneration as the confluence of two sources of public and social participation under professional and systematic guidance. It concludes with prospects to promote sustainable urban regeneration.
