充分发挥教育科研的支撑、驱动和引领作用 奋力推进新时代教育强国建设

Give Full Play to the Supporting,Driving and Leading Roles of Educational Research,and Strive to Promote the Construction of a Powerful Country in Education in the New Era

重视教育科研,是我们党办好教育的一项战略举措。在我国各历史时期,广大教育科研工作者为党和国家教育事业发展做出了应有的贡献;但我国教育科研工作还存在一些短板和差距,成为制约新时代教育科研高质量发展的瓶颈。为此,需要教育科研战线全体同志坚持马克思主义根本指导地位,持续深入地以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑,指导教育科研工作;坚持扎根中国大地做研究,以国家重大战略需求和人民群众关心的热点难点问题为主攻方向;坚持立足国际视野,加强国际比较研究和对外开放,主动讲好中国教育故事;坚持弘扬科学家精神,着力打造高素质创新型科研人才队伍;坚持范式和方法创新,努力实现教育科研提质增效、教育学科跨越式发展;坚持以改革为动力,不断提高保障水平,完善教育科研治理体系。

Highlighting educational research is one of the CPC’s strategic measures in its running of education. Over the historical periods of China,a large number of educational researchers have made due contributions to the development of the Party and the country’s education. However,there are still shortcomings and gaps in China’s educational research,which have become a bottleneck restricting the development of high-quality educational research in the new era.Therefore,all the educational research personnel need to adhere to the fundamental guiding position of Marxism,and continue to use the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to arm their minds and guide their educational research;adhere to doing educational research based on China’s national conditions,and focusing on the country’s major strategic needs and the hot and difficult issues of great concern to the people;keep international perspectives,strengthen international comparative research and the opening-up to the outside world,and take the initiative to tell the stories of Chinese education;adhere to carrying forward the spirit of scientists and building a high-quality and innovative contingency of researchers;adhere to making innovations in paradigms and methods to promote the quality and efficiency of educational research and take a leap forward in the development of the discipline of education;and adhere to improving the reform-driven government support,and consummating the governance system for educational research.
