言语信号诱发听力正常老年人听觉皮层诱发电位P1-N1-P2特征值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的获得听力正常老年人P1-N1-P2各波在不同言语刺激参数下的参考值并分析其特征。方法使用澳大利亚HEARLab辅助皮层测试模块,对61例听力正常老年人在3种言语刺激声下进行测试,每种言语刺激声测试4个强度,获取各反应波潜伏期幅值的参考值。采用方差分析评估刺激声特性对波形特征值的影响。结果①61例受试者P1、N1、P2波均引出的引出率为91.8%;②刺激声为/g/时,听力正常老年人较青年人潜伏期延长幅值增大;③刺激声频率一定时,信噪比为10 dB诱发的反应波幅值最小,潜伏期最长;④刺激声强度一定时,较低频率语音/m/和/g/产生的振幅大于高频语音/t/。结论听力正常老年人P1-N1-P2波引出率低于青年人,波形特征值亦有明显不同。刺激声特性对听力正常老年人P1-N1-P2特征值有显著影响。 OBJECTIVE To obtain the reference values of P1-N1-P2 about the aged with normal hearing under different speech stimulus and analyze their characteristics.METHODS Using the Australian HEARLab Aided Cortical Assessment software module,61 normal hearing aged were tested under 3 speech sounds which has 4 intensities of each sound,and the reference values of each wave’s latency and amplitude were obtained.Analysis of variance was used to evaluate the influence of stimulus frequency and intensity on each wave’s latency and amplitude.RESULTS 1.The extraction rate of P1,N1,and P2 in 61 subjects was 91.8%;2.The latency of the aged with normal hearing is longer than that of youth under/g/;3.For the same speech sound,the response wave amplitude is the smallest and the latency is the longest when the S/N is 10 dB;4.For the same stimulus intensity,the amplitude of low-frequency speech/m/and/g/is greater than that of high-frequency speech/t/.CONCLUSION The P1-N1-P2 wave extraction rate of the aged with normal hearing is lower than that of youth,and the waveform characteristics are also significantly different.Stimulus characteristics have a significant impact on the P1-N1-P2 parameters of the aged with normal hearing.
