2020年9月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情动态概要

Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,September 2020

2020年9月(2020年9月1日0时至9月30日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病535038例,死亡2294例。其中,甲类传染病中鼠疫报告1例发病,霍乱报告2例发病,无死亡病例报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余23种乙类传染病共报告发病287923例,较上月(281543例)上升2%,较2019年同期(302393例)下降5%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病和艾滋病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。报告死亡2291例,较上月(1761例)上升30%(530例),较2019年同期(1996例)增加15%(295例)。

In September 2020(from 00:00,1 September to 24:00,30 September),a total of 535038 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2294 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,1 case of plague and 2 cases of cholera were reported without deaths.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 23 communicable diseases in class B,287923 cases were reported,an increase of 2%compared with last month(281543 cases)and a decrease of 5%compared with the same period in 2019(302393 cases).The first 5 diseases in tenns of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,gonorrhea and AIDS,accounting for 95%of the total reported cases in class B.A total of 2291 deaths caused by communicable diseases in class B were reported,an increase of 30%(530 deaths)compared with last month(1761 deaths)and an increase of 15%(295 deaths)compared with the same period in 2019(1996 deaths).
