Consensus on standardizing clinical application of cerebrospinal fluid cytology

脑脊液细胞学是对脑脊液中的细胞进行形态学分类和性质判断的检查方法。中国的脑脊液细胞学检查主要采用细胞玻片离心沉淀法与自然沉淀法。脑脊液细胞学对中枢神经系统感染与免疫性疾病、肿瘤、脑膜白血病/淋巴瘤等疾病的诊断具有重要意义。为规范脑脊液细胞学技术操作与诊断流程,中华医学会神经病学分会感染性疾病与脑脊液细胞学学组发表相关规范与专家共识。

Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)cytology is a clinical examination for morphological classification of cells in cerebrospinal fluid.The cytological examination of CSF in China adopts both cell centrifugation and spontaneous cell sedimentation technique.CSF cytology plays an important role in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection,autoimmune diseases,tumors,meningeal leukemia/lymphoma,cerebrovascular diseases.In order to standardize the operation and diagnosis process,the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases and Cerebrospinal Fluid Cytology provides the standard of CSF cytology and the consensus of its clinical application.
