湖州市农村居民寄生虫感染现状及影响因素研究

Study on current situation and influencing factors of parasitic infection among rural residents in Huzhou City

目的分析湖州市农村居民寄生虫感染现状及影响因素,为寄生虫感染防治工作提供参考。方法 2017年10月—2018年9月,抽取湖州市10个自然村为调查点,每个调查点调查150人以上,分析寄生虫感染情况、感染知识知晓率及影响因素。结果 10个自然村共调查1 630人,寄生虫感染发生率为1.53%(25/1 630),以土源性线虫感染为主(64.00%)。湖州市农村居民寄生虫感染发生率影响因素为患者文化程度(OR=6.142)、手卫生(OR=7.441)、饮水习惯(OR=7.021)、生熟砧板分开(OR=5.912)、食用半生海鲜/肉产品(OR=7.904)、饲养家禽(OR=6.133)、下地劳动(OR=5.641)。结论临床工作者通过了解湖州市农村居民寄生虫感染现状及影响因素,采取针对性措施加强健康宣教,提高农村居民寄生虫感染知识知晓率,促进其改变不良卫生、饮食及劳作习惯,减少或避免寄生虫感染发生。

Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of parasitic infection among rural residents in Huzhou City, in order to provide reference for prevention and treatment of parasitic infection. Methods From October, 2017 to September, 2018, ten natural villages in Huzhou City were selected as survey sites, more than 150 people were investigated in each survey site, the status of parasitic infection, the awareness rate of infection knowledge and influencing factors were analyzed.Results A total of 1630 persons were investigated in ten natural villages, the incidence rate of parasitic infection was 1.53%(25/1630), and the soil-transmitted nematode was the main parasite(64.00%). The influencing factors of the incidence of parasitic infection among rural residents in Huzhou City were education level of patients(OR=6.142), hand hygiene(OR=7.441), drinking habits(OR=7.021), separation of raw and cooked chopping boards(OR=5.912), consumption of half-raw seafood/meat products(OR=7.904), raising poultry(OR=6.133) and working in the fields(OR=5.641). Conclusion Through understanding the current situation and influencing factors of parasitic infection among rural residents in Huzhou City, clinical workers should take targeted measures to strengthen health education, to improve the awareness rate of parasitic infection among rural residents, to promote them to change unhealthy hygiene, diet and working habits, in order to reduce or avoid the occurence of parasitic infection.
