六安市2017-2019年医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Monitoring and analysis of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Lu’an from 2017 to 2019

目的了解六安市二级以上医疗机构消毒与灭菌工作基本状况,发现消毒工作各环节存在的问题,为管理部门制定针对性策略,预防医院感染提供科学依据。方法依据《六安市医疗机构消毒质量监测工作方案》,于2017-2019年对六安市二级以上医疗机构的环境空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液等项目进行现场监测,采用SPSS20.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果共检测7类样品1 016份,合格份数986份,合格率为97.04%;各年合格率分别为98.12%、97.10%、96.02%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.572,P>0.05)。监测项目中,环境空气、使用中消毒液、无菌器械合格率最高,均达到100.00%;工作人员手、消毒后内镜合格率较低,分别为90.68%、92.59%。不同级别和性质医疗机构之间消毒合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六安市二级以上医疗机构消毒质量总体情况较好,但医护人员手和内镜消毒仍需加强管理。

Objective To understand the basic condition of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions above grade II in Lu’an City, and to find out the existing problems in various links of disinfection work, in order to provide scientific basis for the management departments to formulating targeted strategies and preventing hospital infection. Methods According to the Monitoring work plan of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Lu’an, the environmental air, surface of objects, hands of medical staff, disinfectant in use and other items in medical institutions above grade II in Lu’an City were monitored on site from 2017 to 2019, the results were evaluated by SPSS20.0 software. Results A total of 1016 specimens among 7 kinds of samples were detected, the number of qualified copies was 986, and the qualified rate was 97.04%;the annual disinfection qualified rate was 98.12%, 97.10%, 96.02%, respectively, there was no statistically significant difference(χ^2=2.572, P>0.05). Among the monitoring items, the qualified rate of environmental air, disinfectant in use and sterile instruments was the highest, reaching 100.00%;the qualified rate of hands of medical staff and endoscopes after disinfection was lower, accounting for 90.68% and 92.59%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of disinfection among different levels and different types of medical institutions(P>0.05).Conclusion The general situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions above grade II in Lu’an City is good, it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection of hands of medical staff and endoscopes.
