哈尔滨市放射诊疗工作场所防护设施与管理评价

Evaluation on protective facilities and management of radiological diagnosis and treatment workplaces in Harbin

目的调查哈尔滨市2019年放射诊疗工作场所的防护设施和放射防护管理,发现问题并为保障放射工作人员的职业安全和身心健康,为受检者提供良好的就医环境提供依据。方法依照《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》(GBZ 130-2013),2019年对哈尔滨市90家放射工作单位的190个放射工作场所的放射防护设施和管理情况进行调查。结果在哈尔滨市90家放射工作单位的190个放射工作场所中,5种单位类别在工作人员防护用品、受检者防护用品、机房通风、工作指示灯和警示标识等防护设施方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5种单位类别在组织机构、管理措施方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在个人剂量监测、职业健康监护和相关培训方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论哈尔滨市各类放射诊疗工作场所大部分都符合国家有关规定,有少数不合格项需要进一步整改。

Objective To investigate the protective facilities and radiation protection management of radiogical diagnosis and treatment workplaces in Harbin in 2009, so as to find problems and to provide the evidence for the ensurance of the occupational safety as well as physical and mental health of radiation workers and good medical environment for the examinees. Methods According to Requirements for radiological protection in medical X-ray diagnosis(GBZ 130-2013), the radiation protection facilities and management of 190 radiation workplaces in 90 radiation work units in Harbin were investigated in 2019. Results Among 190 radiation workplaces in 90 radiation work units in Harbin, there were statistically significant differences in protective facilities of staff, protective facilities of examinees, room ventilation, work indicator lights and warning signs among five unit categories(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in organizational structures and management measures among five unit categories(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in personal dose monitoring, occupational health monitoring and related training. Conclusion Most of the radiological diagnosis and treatment workplaces in Harbin conform to the relevant national regulations, and a few unqualified items need further rectification.
