摘要
飞机冲击损伤引入试验对于飞机结构设计制造的验证和飞机服役过程中的维护至关重要,本文选取某型飞机复合材料机身冲击损伤引入试验中的重点关注部位,利用声发射监测冲击损伤的引入过程,综合采用空间滤波技术和参数分析技术,分析了复合材料机身冲击损伤的声发射信号特征,分离出了噪声信号和损伤信号,定位了复合材料机身冲击损伤引入的位置,为某型飞机复合材料机身冲击损伤引入试验及后期疲劳试验的声发射监测提供数据支持,其结果具有重要参考价值和指导意义。
The introduction test of aircraft impact damage is very important for the verification of aircraft structure design and manufacturing and the maintenance of aircraft in service.In this paper,the key parts of the introduction test of composite fuselage impact damage of an aircraft are selected,the introduction process of impact damage is monitored by acoustic emission,and the spatial filtering technology and parameter analysis technology are used,the acoustic emission signal characteristics of impact damage of composite fuselage are analyzed,noise signal and damage signal are separated,the location of impact damage of composite fuselage is located,which provides data support for the acoustic emission monitoring of impact damage introduction test and later fatigue test of composite fuselage of an aircraft.The results have important reference value and guiding significance.
