血清胆红素联合低密度脂蛋白胆固醇检验在冠心病早期诊断中的应用效果

Application effect of serum bilirubin combined with low density lipoprotein cholesterol in early diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的探讨血清胆红素联合低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检验在冠心病早期诊断中的应用效果。方法选取乐安县增田卫生院2018年1月—2019年5月收治的疑似冠心病患者70例,所有患者接受血清胆红素及LDL-C检验,以冠状动脉造影结果为“金标准”,评估血清胆红素联合LDL-C对冠心病早期的诊断效能。结果70例疑似冠心病患者中经冠状动脉造影检查结果显示,39例显示为冠状动脉造影为阳性,31例显示为冠状动脉造影为阴性。血清胆红素联合LDL-C诊断灵敏度及准确度高于血清胆红素及LDL-C单一诊断(P<0.05)。结论血清胆红素与LDL-C均可对冠心病进行早期诊断,但血清胆红素联合LDL-C的诊断准确率较高,可为临床早期诊治提供依据。

Objective To investigate the application effect of serum bilirubin combined with low density lipoprotein cholesterol in early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with suspected coronary heart disease were selected from January 2018 to May 2019 in Zengtian Health Center of Le'an County.All patients were tested for serum bilirubin and LDL-C.The results of coronary angiography were used as the"gold standard"to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of serum bilirubin combined with LDL-C in the early stage of coronary heart disease.Results In 70 patients with suspected coronary heart disease,39 cases showed positive coronary angiography and 31 cases showed negative coronary angiography.The sensitivity and accuracy of serum bilirubin combined with LDL-C was higher than serum bilirubin and LDL-C alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum bilirubin and LDL-C can be used for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease,but the diagnostic accuracy of serum bilirubin combined with LDL-C is high,which can provide the basis for clinical early diagnosis and treatment.
