基于中文数据库的移动医疗护理研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of mobile health nursing research based on Chinese database

目的分析移动医疗护理研究现状,梳理研究热点和应用领域,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供依据。方法以CNKI、万方数据库和维普网为数据来源,检索2003年1月1日—2020年3月5日关于移动医疗方面的护理文献,应用文献计量学分析符合标准的文献,对其进行描述性分析,提取高频关键词并将生成的关键词进行聚类分析。结果共检索到969篇有效文献。文献数量呈逐年递增趋势,主要分布在东部沿海地区;其应用领域主要有慢性病、孕产妇疾病与健康管理、骨科相关疾病、乳腺癌等;研究热点主要是延续性护理、自我管理、健康管理等。结论我国移动医疗护理研究方面发展迅速,但研究质量与创新性有待提高,研究的方向较为单一,应加大研究深度,加强基金的支持力度,推动我国移动医疗护理研究的深入发展。

Objective To analyze the current status of mobile health nursing research, sort out research hotspots and application fields, so as to provide a basis for further research in this field.Methods We retrieved nursing literature on mobile health from January 1, 2003 to March 5, 2020 by taking China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) , WanFang and VIP database as data sources. Bibliometrics was applied to analyze literature meeting the standards, and we performed the descriptive analysis, extracted high-frequency keywords, and carried out the cluster analysis on the generated keywords.Results A total of 969 valid literatures were retrieved. The number of literatures was increasing year by year, mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas. The application fields mainly included chronic diseases, pregnant women diseases and health management, orthopedics related diseases as well as breast cancer and so on. Research hotspots were mainly continuous nursing, self-management, health management and so on.Conclusions In China, mobile health nursing research has developed rapidly, but the quality and innovation of research need to be improved, and the research direction is relatively single. It is necessary to increase the depth of research and strengthen the fund support so as to promote the in-depth development of mobile health nursing research in China.
