摘要
目的建立一种测定生活饮用水中10种氯苯类化合物的气相色谱方法。方法实验采用石油醚萃取水中的氯苯类化合物,氮吹浓缩后进样气相色谱仪分析,电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测。结果所测的10种化合物在相应的线性范围内线性关系良好,r>0.995;检出限介于0.04~2.50μg/L间,精密度RSD在7%以内,准确度在93.2%~110.9%间;方法应用于测定实际水样,结果令人满意,与武汉市疾病预防控制中心进行的方法验证顺利通过。结论该方法准确度高,重现性好,检出限低,所需仪器配置简单,适合在基层实验室推广,为后期国标的制订奠定了一定的基础。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 10 chlorobenzene compounds in drinking water by capillary gas chromatography.Methods The experiment used petroleum ether extracting chlorobenzene compounds in water.After nitrogen blowing and concentration,the samples were analyzed by gas chromatograph and detected by electron capture detector(ECD).Results The linear relationship of 10 compounds was good in the corresponding linear range,r>0.995.The detection limit was0.04-2.50μg/L,the precision RSD was within 7%,and the accuracy was 93.2%-110.9%.The method was used for the determining the actual water samples and gained a satisfactory result,and it successfully passed the validation with Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Conclusion The method has a high accuracy,a good reproducibility,and a low detection limit,while the instrument is simple.It is suitable for popularization in basic laboratories,which lays a certain foundation for the formulation of national standards.
