摘要
海马体作为中枢神经系统中的敏感靶部位,受电磁辐射后主要对其空间学习及记忆能力造成损害。N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体作为海马体中重要的离子型受体,参与学习记忆的形成,主要以诱导长时程增强的形式来调节学习和记忆过程。故本文主要综述射频场辐射对NMDARs亚基的影响,为进一步研究提供参考。
The hippocampus is a sensitive target in the central nervous system.Electromagnetic radiation mainly damages the spatial learning and memory ability of hippocampus.N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor an important ionic receptor in hippocampus,participating in the formation of learning and memory.It is mainly in the form of induction of long-term potentiationto regulate learning and memory processes.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the influence of radio frequency field radiation on N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor,which provide reference for further research.
