超稳定金属基复合材料用低膨胀磷酸盐粉体的制备

Preparation of a Low-expansion Phosphate Powder for Ultra-stable Metal Matrix Composites

摘要 以醇溶性磷酸盐树脂、AlPO4-17、固化剂及填料,按一定比例混合制备了一种耐高温、低膨胀、导热性良好的磷酸盐粉体,用于金属基复合材料以降低热膨胀系数。通过热膨胀系数测试、导热系数测试、热失重分析(TG)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)对磷酸盐粉体性能进行了表征。结果表明磷酸盐粉体各方面性能优异,-120~1200℃热膨胀系数在0~1.0×10^-6K^-1之间,室温导热系数为6.30W/(m·K),1000℃空气热失重为3.5%。 The alcohol-soluble phosphate resin,AlPO4-17,curing agent and filler are mixed at a certain ratio to prepare a phosphate powder with high temperature resistance,low expansion and excellent thermal conductivity for metal matrix composites to reduce the coefficient of thermal expan-sion.The performance of the phosphate powder is characterized by thermal expansion coefficient test,thermal conductivity test,thermal weight loss analysis(TG)and scanning electron microscope analysis(SEM).The results show that the phosphate powder has excellent performances in all aspects,the thermal expansion coefficient at -120~1200℃ is between 0~1.0×10^-6K^-1,the thermal conductivity at room temperature is 6.30W/(m·K),and the thermal weight loss in the air is 3.5% at 1000℃.
