不同的固化方法对口腔粘接强度的影响

The Effect of Different Curing Methods on the Adhesive Strength of a Material for Oral Cavity

摘要 选择多元醇丙烯酸酯为基质,以硅烷化的Si3N4粒子为分散介质,在BPO-DHPT引发下,采用不同的固化方法,对口腔粘接强度进行了研究。改变固化反应系统的配位剂的性质和用量,并严格工艺条件。结果表明,不同酯含量、促进剂用量及不同的混炼时间,均会对材料的力学性能产生影响。由于合理的配方及加工,获得了力学性能好、体积收缩小、热膨胀系数小和吸水率低的齿科后牙粘接材料。 The polyol acrylate and silanized Si3N4 particles is used as the substrate and the dispersing medium respectively,and the adhesive strength of the material for oral cavity cured by different method is studied with the initiation of BPO-DHPT.The properties and dosages of complex-ing agent in the curing reaction system are changed and the process conditions are strictly controlled.The result shows that the ester contents,accel-erant dosage and mixing time all have effects on the mechanical properties of the material.Due to the proper formulation and processing,an adhesive materials for the dental posterior teeth with good mechanical properties,small volume shrinkage,small thermal expansion coefficient and low water ab-sorption is obtained.
