填料对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶影响的研究 被引量:6

The Effect of Different Fillers on the Property of Silane Terminated Polyether Sealants

摘要 采用硅烷改性聚醚为基础聚合物,研究了纳米碳酸钙、改性高岭土、炭黑和气相二氧化硅等填料对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶拉伸强度、100%模量和断裂伸长率等力学性能及挤出性的影响。研究结果表明:填料的表面改性与否、粒径大小、填料用量和填料种类对硅烷改性密封胶的性能有较大的影响。以占填料总量的百分比计,不同填料较优的添加量分别为:活性纳米碳酸钙65%,改性高岭土60%,炭黑16%,气相二氧化硅6%。其中,改性高岭土、炭黑和气相二氧化硅对硅烷改性密封胶的补强和增稠均有显著的影响,其补强和增稠效率由大到小排序分别为:气相二氧化硅>炭黑>改性高岭土>活性纳米碳酸钙。 A new type of moisture curing sealants are prepared with silane terminated polyether as main materials,and the effects of fillers such as nano calcium carbonate,modified kaolin,carbon black and fumed silica on the mechanical properties and extrudability of the silane terminated polyether sealant,such as tensile strength,100% modulus and elongation at break are studied.The results show that the surface modification,particle size,amount and type of filler has great influence on the performance of the silane terminated sealant.The optimal addition amounts of different fillers are showed as follows:65% active nano calcium carbonate,60% modified kaolin,16% carbon black and 6% fumed silica.The modified kaolin,carbon black and fumed silica have greater effect on the reinforce and thickening of the silane terminated sealant.The reinforce and thickening efficiency of the fillers is listed in descending order as follows:fumed silica>carbon black>modified kaolin>nano calcium carbonate.
