中低温地热(采出水)管道腐蚀及结垢研究 被引量:2

The Research on the Corrosion and Scaling of Medium and Low Temperature Geothermal(Produced Water)Pipeline

摘要 为地热水管道腐蚀选材及控制地热水管道的结垢因素提供依据,研究分析了中低温地热(采出水)管道的腐蚀及结垢机理。通过对地热水的水质试验分析、地热水腐蚀试验分析、地热水结垢倾向试验分析,得出地热水对管道的腐蚀主要是电化学腐蚀。地热水在温度为90~110℃时,对碳钢的腐蚀主要是均匀腐蚀,并且存在点蚀,腐蚀速率大约为0.3~0,4mm/a,腐蚀严重。不锈钢在90~110℃间,虽然平均腐蚀速度较低,但出现了局部点蚀,腐蚀分级为严重。其中100℃时,平均腐蚀速度为0.0687mm/a,点蚀速度为7.3mm/a。 A basis is provided for selecting materials for the corrosion of geothermal water pipeline and controlling the scaling factors of geother-mal water pipeline.The corrosion and scaling mechanism of medium and low temperature geothermal(produced water)pipeline is studied and ana-lyzed through the water quality test analysis,geothermal water corrosion test analysis and geothermal water scaling tendency test analysis,and it is in-dicated that that the corrosion of geothermal water on the pipeline is mainly electrochemical corrosion.When the geothermal water is at 90~110℃,the corrosion of carbon steel is mainly uniform corrosion,and the pitting exists,and the corrosion rate is about 0.3~0.4mm/a,the corrosion is serious.When the stainless steel is at 90~110℃,the average corrosion rate is low,but a localized pitting appears,and the corrosion grade is serious.At 100℃,the average corrosion rate is 0.0687mm/a,and the pitting corrosion rate is 7.3mm/a.
