摘要
通常复合材料具有优良的力学性能,本文为了更好的掌握碳-芳纶纤维复合材料层合板力学性能,通过对碳碳纤维和碳芳纶纤维进行拉伸、压缩力学测试。然后对试验结果和失效形式进行分析。检测及试验结果表明:碳芳纶纤维复合材料层和板拉伸强度平均值为622.13MPa,压缩性能为112.15MPa,失效形式为分层;碳纤维编织布拉伸强度平均值为764.35MPa,压缩性能为341.55MPa,失效形式为纤维断裂。芳纶纤维的塑性较好,其纤维延展率高,而碳纤维的脆性较大,其结构变形率小,硬度大。
Generally,composite materials have excellent mechanical properties.In order to better grasp the mechanical properties of carbon-aramid fiber composite laminates,this paper has carried out tensile and compression mechanical tests on carbon carbon fibers and carbon aramid fibers.Then analyze the test results and failure modes.The test and test results show that the average tensile strength of the carbon aramid fiber composite layer and the board is 622.13Mpa,the compressive property is 112.15Mpa,and the failure form is delamination;the average tensile strength of the carbon fiber woven cloth is 764.35Mpa,the compressive property.It is 341.55Mpa,and the failure mode is fiber breakage.Aramid fiber has better plasticity,its fiber elongation rate is high,and carbon fiber is more brittle,its structural deformation rate is small,and its hardness is high.
