民机复材机翼翼盒结构适航符合性验证方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文针对复合材料机翼结构的特点,通过分析美国FAA发布的AC 20-107B咨询通告,提出民机复合材料机翼结构强度适航符合性验证需要解决的难点,包括许用值与设计值、静强度、疲劳与损伤容限、环境影响、热应力、气动弹性、防火和闪电直接效应等8个专题,并列出相应的适航条款和专用条件。依据AC20-107B及其它相关咨询通告、研究报告,给出上述8个专题的适航符合性验证思路和方法,确定相应的“积木式”试验验证规划,并完成主要试验验证。确定的复合材料机翼结构适航符合性验证方法和试验规划可以指导民机复合材料机翼结构适航符合性验证工作。 Present the eight issues of composite wing structure airworthiness means of compliance technologies based on the U.S.Advisory Circular(AC)AC 20-107B.These issues cover allowables&design values,static strength,fatigue&damage tolerance,temperature-humidity effects,thermal stress,aeroelastic,fire protection and lightning direct effects,etc.The relevant airworthiness standards and special conditions were listed.The airworthiness means of compliance for composite wing structure were proposed,based on AC 20-107B and the other ACs,and could be summarized by test,analysis supported by test and test supported by analysis methods.Relevant composite wing structure building block approach tests were planed and implemented,including coupon tests(material properties tests,allowable tests,fatigue threshold tests,and impact threat&energy threshold tests),element tests(bolted-joint and ply dry-off tests),detail tests(typical composite,composite/metallic structures tests,etc.),sub-component tests(wing root/main landing gear/pylon joints tests,integral fuel tanks tests)and components(full scale wing box Test).The proposed airworthiness means of compliance and building block approach test plan can guide the airworthiness means of compliance works for composite wing structure.
