耐冲击阻燃货舱衬板的研制

摘要 本文选用自制改性酚醛/玻璃纤维预浸料制备出满足性能指标的货舱衬板。研究了织物形式、纤维种类、固化温度和铺层工艺对货舱衬板相关力学性能的影响。结果表明,选用缎纹织物和S-glass玻纤有利于提高抗冲击性;固化温度越高边缘承受强度提高,冲击强度下降,边缘承受强度与冲击强度两性能存在对立关系;剥离面和剥离方向是影响滚筒剥离性能的主要因素。最后对研制货舱衬板的力学、物理和阻燃性按照材料规范要求进行了测试,性能测试结果表明研制货舱衬板具有优异阻燃性能和高抗冲击性。 In this paper,self-made modified phenolic/fiberglass prepreg was used to prepare the cargo liner meeting the performance.The effects of weave,fiber type,curing temperature and laying on mechanical properties of cargo liner were studied.The results showed that the satin fabric and S-glass fiber is beneficial to improve the impact resistance.When the curing temperature is higher,the edge bearing strength is higher and the impact strength is lower.The stripping surface and direction are the main factors affecting the drum peel.Finally,the mechanical,physical and flammability properties of the cargo liner are tested according to the material specification.The performance test results show that the cargo compartment liner has excellent flammability properties and high impact.
