摘要
随着工业4.0概念的提出与发展,制造业对自动化、智能化生产模式的需求日益增长。如何通过构建复合材料4.0模式来实现复合材料产品的高质高效生产,成为了航空制造领域高度关注并积极开展研究的问题。本文结合当前国外复合材料4.0相关案例与技术研究的最新进展,总结了复合材料4.0的主要特点与技术需求,对相应的典型应用案例进行了简要介绍,并分析了相关的工艺流程与关键技术,最后提出了复合材料4.0的发展机遇,并对主要面临的挑战进行了阐述。
With the introduction and development of the concept of Industry 4.0,the manufacturing industry has an increasing demand for automated and intelligent production models.How to achieve high-quality and efficient production of composite products by constructing the Composite 4.0 paradigm has become a subject of great concern and active trials in the aviation manufacturing field.This article combines the latest developments in current foreign Composite 4.0 related cases and technology research,summarizes the main characteristics and technical requirements of Composite 4.0,briefly introduces the corresponding typical application cases,and analyzes the related process flow and key technologies.Finally,the development opportunities of Composite 4.0 are proposed,and the main challenges are explained.
