补肾活血祛痰调周治疗PCOS的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Invigorating the Kidney,Promoting Blood Circulation,Removing Phlegm and Adjusting the Week in the Treatment of PCOS

目的探讨补肾活血祛痰调周治疗PCOS的临床疗效。方法收集2017年6月—2019年6月PCOS患者80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组予中药补肾活血祛痰调周治疗,对照组予达英-35治疗,比较两组相关指标和治疗有效率。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.866,P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组FSH、LH、LH/FSH水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),对照组的LH和LH/FSH水平较治疗前下降明显,FSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后的FSH、LH、LH/FSH水平为(6.04±0.12)、(5.38±0.29)mIU/mL、(1.02±0.05),明显低于对照组相关指标(t=2.166、7.358、5.956,P<0.05)。治疗后两组T水平均改善,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组E2水平(69.24±2.26)pg/mL较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后E2水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药补肾活血祛痰调周治疗PCOS有较好的疗效,可降低FSH、LH、T以及LH/FSH水平,提高E2水平,改善卵巢功能,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of invigorating the kidney,activating blood,removing phlegm,and adjusting the week for PCOS.Methods A total of 80 PCOS patients from June 2017 to June 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 40 cases each.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm and adjusting the week,and the control group was treated with Diane-35.Two groups of related indicators and treatment efficiency.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.866,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH,and LH/FSH in the treatment group decreased significantly before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of LH and LH/FSH in the control group decreased significantly before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference in FSH levels(P>0.05);FSH,LH in the treatment group after treatment,LH/FSH levels were(6.04±0.12),(5.38±0.29)mIU/mL,(1.02±0.05),which were significantly lower than the related indicators of the control group(t=2.166,7.358,5.956,P<0.05).After treatment,the T level of the two groups improved,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);the E2 level of the treatment group was(69.24±2.26)pg/mL significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.05),the control group E2 before and after treatment had no statistically significant difference in level(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney,activating blood,removing phlegm and adjusting the week has a good effect in the treatment of PCOS.It can reduce FSH,LH,T and LH/FSH levels,increase E2 levels,and improve ovarian function.It has clinical application value.
