贯穿缝合加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效探讨

The Effect of Penetrating Suture and Compression Bandaging in the Treatment of Auricle Pseudocyst

目的讨论耳廓假性囊肿贯穿缝合加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的效果。方法该次研究将耳廓假性囊肿手术患者作为对象,选取的患者病例数为20例,要求住院时间是2017年12月—2019年12月。将20例患者分成两组,按治疗方式的不同进行分配组别。接受囊肿耳廓软骨前壁切除加压包扎法的10例患者编排为对照组,进行贯穿缝合加压包扎法干预的另外10例患者设定为实验组。针对两组患者取得的治疗效果进行分析。结果实验组患者的换药次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.494,P=0.019);实验组患者的愈合天数明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.899,P=0.002);实验组患者术后各时间段的VAS评分均优于对照组,2 h组间差异有统计学意义(t=2.488,P=0.023),12 h组间差异有统计学意义(t=3.575,P=0.002),24 h组间差异有统计学意义(t=3.070,P=0.007),48 h组间差异有统计学意义(t=15.706,P<0.001)。结论接受贯穿缝合加压包扎法干预的耳廓假性囊肿手术患者取得的效果较好,患者症状缓解明显,使其术后换药次数明显减少,且其愈合时间亦显著缩短,具有推广使用的价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of auricular pseudocyst with penetrating suture and compression bandaging in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst.Methods This study targeted patients with pseudocysts of the auricle.The number of selected patients was 20.The required hospital stay was from December 2017 to December 2019.Divide 20 patients into two groups and assign groups according to different treatment methods.The 10 patients who underwent cystic cartilage anterior wall resection and compression bandage were arranged as the control group,and the other 10 patients who underwent the intervention of through suture compression bandage were set as the experimental group.Analyze the treatment effect achieved by the two groups of patients.Results The number of dressing changes of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.494,P=0.019);the healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.899,P=0.002);the VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were better than those of the control group at each postoperative period,and the difference between the 2 h group was statistically significant(t=2.488,P=0.023),and the difference between the 12 h group was statistically significant Scientific significance(t=3.575,P=0.002),the difference between the 24 h group was statistically significant(t=3.070,P=0.007),the difference between the 48 h group was statistically significant(t=15.706,P<0.001).Conclusion Auricle pseudocyst surgery patients who received the intervention of penetrating suture compression bandaging have achieved better results.The symptoms of the patients are significantly relieved,the number of dressing changes after surgery is significantly reduced,and the healing time is also significantly shortened,which is of the value of promotion and use.
