手法复位结合体位治疗水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Manual Reduction Combined with Posture in the Treatment of Horizontal Semicircular Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

目的阐述水平半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(HC-BPPV)患者采取手法复位联合体位治疗的方法,并分析临床疗效。方法抽选于2019年1—12月该院接受治疗罹患HC-BPPV病症的患者80例作为研究对象,进行随机分组,两组患者均采取常规治疗,对照组单纯采取口服药物治疗,观察组在其基础上结合手法复位与体位治疗,观察且比对两组患者临床治疗效果,评估各组患者治疗前后眩晕症状改善情况及生活质量变化差异。结果该次观察组患者通过手法复位联合体位治疗效果更为确切,总临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者入院时眩晕情况、生活质量情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),通过治疗后均有改善,观察组患者DHI评分(31.05±2.31)分、UCLA-DQ评分(32.24±4.03)分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.29、21.27,P<0.05),生理质量相应评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HC-BPPV患者通过手法复位与体位治疗相结合的方式治疗效果更为显著,能够减轻患者眩晕表现,提高生活质量,值得大力施用且推广。

Objective To describe the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(HC-BPPV)with horizontal semicircular canal and to analyze the clinical efficacy of manual reduction combined with posture therapy.Methods 80 patients who were treated in the hospital suffering from HC-BPPV were selected as the research objectsfrom January to December 2019,and randomized into two groups.Both groups of patients took conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with oral medications.The observation group combined manual reduction and posture treatment on the basis of this.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared,and the improvement of vertigo symptoms and life quality change difference in each group before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The treatment effect of manual reduction combined with posture in the observation group was more accurate,and the total clinical curative effect was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dizziness and quality of life of the two groups of patients at admission were not statistically significantly difference(P>0.05),and improved after treatment.The DHI score(31.05±2.31)points and UCLA-DQ score(32.24±4.03)points of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.29,21.27,P<0.05),and the corresponding scores of physiological quality were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of HC-BPPV combined with manual reduction and posture therapy is more significant,which can reduce the symptoms of vertigo and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of vigorous application and promotion.
