摘要
目的分析四肢创伤骨折后骨不连疾病应用带锁髓内钉治疗的临床效果。方法对该院在2018年4月—2019年8月收治的68例患者进行试验研究,根据患者就诊先后顺序将所有患者均分为对比组(n=34)和观察组(n=34),其中对比组患者行动力加压钢板治疗,观察组患者行带锁髓内钉治疗,对比两组患者最终治疗效果。结果观察组患者术后总有效率97.05%优于对比组76.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.275,P<0.05);观察组患者围术期各项指标均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生概率11.76%低于对比组35.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.231,P<0.05);观察组患者术后HSS评分以及VAS评分均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢创伤骨折后骨不连疾病应用带锁髓内钉治疗的临床效果显著,故值得在临床医学中广泛应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of nonunion after traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods A trial study was conducted on 68 patients admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to August 2019.All patients were divided into a comparison group(n=34)and an observation group(n=34)according to the order of their visits,in which patients in the comparison group were treated with action force compression plates,and the patients in the observation group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails.The final treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative total treatment efficiency of patients in the observation group was 97.05%better than that in of the control group 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.275,P<0.05);the perioperative indicators of the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had a 11.76%probability of postoperative complications lower than the control group’s 35.3%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.231,P<0.05);postoperative HSS scores and VAS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of nonunion after traumatic fractures of extremities is significant,so it is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical medicine.
