救母丹加减联合西药对胎死不下病的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Jiumudan Modified and Western Medicine on Fetal Death

目的研究与分析救母丹加减联合西药对胎死不下病的临床疗效。方法该次研究的研究对象为来该院进行治疗的患有胎死不下病的100例患者,该次研究的时间段为2015年10月—2019年10月,随后根据患者入院后的病床号单双号进行分组,其中病床号为单号的患者作为常规西药组,对该组患者采取常规西药进行治疗,而病床号为双号的患者作为中西医结合组,对该组患者采取救母丹加减联合西药进行治疗,随后观察两组患者的临床疗效以及阴道流血量等指标。结果中西医结合组与常规西药组患者的临床疗效以及阴道流血量等例数比较(32,38 vs 20,24),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.092,Z=-2.896,P=0.048、0.004)。结论救母丹加减联合西药对胎死不下病的临床疗效显著,可以在临床上加以推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Jiumusan modified and western medicine on fetal death.Methods The subjects of this study are 100 patients with persistent fetal death who came to the hospital for treatment.The study period of this study was from October 2015 to October 2019.Patients with single and double beds were grouped into groups.Patients with single beds were treated as conventional western medicines,and patients in the group were treated with conventional western medicines,while patients with double beds were treated as integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Modified Jiumudan combined with western medicine for treatment,and then observed the clinical efficacy and vaginal bleeding of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the clinical efficacy and vaginal bleeding between the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the conventional western medicine group(32,38 vs 20,24),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.092,Z=-2.896,P=0.048,0.004).Conclusion Jiumudan modified combined with western medicine has a significant clinical effect on fetal death and can be promoted clinically.
