The Handicraft Industry and the Progress of Urban Construction in Sui and Tang Dynasties

隋唐两代城市建设的进步在中国古代社会是比较突出的,其中原因很多,尤其与当时的手工业发展及其管理体制相对完善直接相关。该文通过对隋唐实行工匠培训制、城市建筑中实行技术工头负责制、建筑中制订了技术标准与材料标准、管理机构比较健全等方面进行考察,初步论述了它们之间的互动关系。

The progress of urban construction in Sui and Tang Dynasties was more prominent in ancient China.Although there were many reasons,it was directly related to the development and management of handicraft industry at that time.Based on the investigation of the craftsman training system in Sui and Tang Dynasties,the technical foreman responsibility system in urban construction,the technical and material standards formulated in the construction,and the sound management organization,the paper preliminarily discusses the interaction between them.
