The Introduction of Plant Protein:A New Exploration on the Introduction and Utilization of Soybean in Inner Mongolia since the Qing Dynasty

摘要 人体所需蛋白质主要有植物蛋白与动物蛋白两大类,大豆作为由中国最早驯化且富含植物蛋白的农作物,在中国农业生产与饮食结构中占有重要地位。清代以来,大豆在内蒙古地区被广泛传播引种,除推动当地农业生产、社会生活及自然环境等发生变迁外,也为人类获取更多的植物蛋白提供了可能,缓解了清代以来内蒙古地区人口数量激增情况下摄取动物蛋白的不足,并促使当地人们一定程度上摆脱了对牛、马、羊等畜类动物蛋白的高度依赖,对内蒙古地区的日常生活等产生了重要影响。 The proteins required by human body mainly include plant proteins and animal proteins.Soybean,as the first domesticated plant protein-rich crop in China,plays an important role in agricultural production and dietary structure in China.Since the qing dynasty,soybean is widely spread in the Inner Mongolia region introduction,in addition to the local agricultural production,social life and natural environment changes,also provides the human get more plant protein,easing since the qing dynasty in Inner Mongolia population surge in case the lack of animal protein,and encourage the local people to a certain extent,out of horses and cattle and sheep and other livestock animal protein is highly dependent on.It provides more and more accessible plant proteins for Inner Mongolia In addition,The widespread cultivation and consumption of soybeans also has an important impact on the local daily life.
