摘要 山区交通工程弃渣场病害一直是困扰渣场的重大安全隐患,需要引起高度重视。以云南数十个弃渣场为研究对象,采用现场调查、数值计算等方法,归纳弃渣场共性问题及致害机理,借此提出多种综合安全控制手段,所得结论如下:(1)常见病害主要表现为弃渣沿土岩界面脱坡滑移、局部变形开裂、附属结构功能失效、坡面冲刷等;(2)弃渣具有明显的分带及性能演化特征,其密实度、固结程度及抗侵蚀能力逐渐改善并趋于稳定;(3)基底清底不彻底、挡排措施损毁以及选址、设计、外界激发的相互耦合是主要致害原因;(4)提出技术措施+管理措施的综合安全控制手段,以确保弃渣场能够达到中长期安全稳定的控制目标。 The disease of waste disposal site of traffic engineering in mountainous area has always been a major hidden danger,which should be paid more attention to.Taking dozens of waste disposal sites in Yunnan Province as the research object,the common problems and damage mechanism of waste disposal sites were summarized by field investigation and numerical calculation,and a variety of comprehensive safety control technologies were proposed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The common diseases are as follows:the waste slag slope sliding along the soil rock interface,local deformation and cracking,failure of auxiliary structure function,slope erosion,etc;(2)The results show that the waste slag has the characteristics of obvious zoning and performance evolution,and the compactness,consolidation degree and corrosion resistance of the waste slag are gradually improved and tend to be stable;(3)The main causes of the damage are incomplete bottom cleaning,invalidity of retaining measures and coupling of site selection,design and external excitation;(4)The comprehensive safety control method of technical measures and management measures is proposed to ensure that the waste disposal site will achieve medium and long-term safety and stability control objectives.
