6种水生植物对Hg污染水体的净化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究常见水生植物对水体中Hg的净化效果,选择水芙蓉、凤眼莲、美人蕉、黄菖蒲、金鱼藻、穗花狐尾藻等6种水生植物,通过水培试验,测定6种水生植物及其组合对水体中的Hg的去除率。每种植物及组合对Hg均有一定的净化效果,其中净化效果最好的单一水生植物为穗花狐尾藻,平均去除率为94.77%;净化效果最好的组合是B5(穗花狐尾藻+美人蕉+水芙蓉),平均去除率为93.56%。可考虑穗花狐尾藻及其组合作为水体Hg污染修复的优势物种,应用到生态浮床设计中。 In order to investigate the purification effect of common aquatic plants on Hg pollution in water,six kinds of aquatic plants including Pistiastratiotes,Eichhornia crassipes,Canna indica,Iris pseudacorus,Ceratophyllum demersum and Myriophyllum spicatum were chosen to operate a hydroponic experiment,which was expect to test the removal rate of Hg by 6 aquatic plants and their combinations.The results showed that all plants and their combination had a purification effect on mercury to some degree.The single aquatic plant with the best purification effect was Myriophyllum spicatum,with an average removal rate of 94.77%.The combinations of the plants with the best purification effect was B5(Myriophyllum spicatum+Canna indica+Pistia stratiotes),while the average removal rate was 93.56%.Myriophyllum spicatum and its combination might be considered as the dominant species for Hg pollution remediation in water bodies and applied to the design of ecological floating bed.
