集束化护理干预在脑血管疾病患者血管内介入术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Clustered Nursing Intervention in Endovascular Intervention for Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探析集束化护理干预在脑血管疾病患者血管内介入术中的应用效果。方法方便选择该院2015年8月-2016年10月脑血管疾病血管内介入治疗的患者128例作为研究对象。随机分成两组每组64例。参考组采用常规方法护理,观察组在常规基础上进行集束化护理干预。通过实施护理,观察两组脑血管疾病患者的术后并发症情况,患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组患者并发症比例为7.81%,参考组患者的并发症比例17.19%,观察组并发症比例显著低于参考组患者并发症(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理质量满意度为84.38%,参考组患者对护理质量满意度为65.63%,观察组比参考组满意度更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑血管疾病患者血管内介入治疗应用集束化护理干预,能够有效促进患者病情好转,降低患者并发症的发生率,降低患者的病痛折磨,提高脑血管疾病患者对护理的满意度,由此可见,在脑血管疾病患者血管内介入手术,实施集束化护理服务,在临床治疗中有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of clustered nursing intervention in endovascular intervention for patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 128 patients with intravascular interventional therapy for cerebrovascular diseases in the hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were conveniently selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group.The reference group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group performed clustered nursing intervention on a routine basis.Through the implementation of nursing care,observe the postoperative complications of the two groups of patients with cerebrovascular disease and the patients’satisfaction with the nursing work.Results After nursing,the proportion of complications in the observation group was7.81%,the proportion of complications in the reference group was 17.19%,and the proportion of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were 84.38%satisfied with the quality of care,and the patients in the reference group were satisfied with the quality of care65.63%.The observation group is more satisfied than the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clustered nursing intervention in intravascular interventional therapy for patients with cerebrovascular disease can effectively promote the improvement of the patient’s condition,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain and suffering of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with cerebrovascular disease.It can be seen that,in patients with cerebrovascular disease,intravascular interventional surgery,the implementation of clustered nursing services is of great significance in clinical treatment,and interventional nursing programs are worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
