半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗前庭性偏头痛风痰上扰型的疗效探究

Study on the Effect of Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treating Vestibular Migraine with Wind and Phlegm Disturbance Type

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗前庭性偏头痛风痰上扰型的疗效。方法病例纳入时间范围为2017年1月-2019年1月,均为方便选取因前庭性偏头痛中医辨证属于风痰上扰型到该院接受治疗的患者,共计60例,常规西医治疗(对照组)、西医+半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗(观察组)均为30例,对比两组效果。结果观察组患者治疗后头痛评分、眩晕评分(DHI)分别为(2.08±0.41)分、(23.22±4.35)分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.804、7.862,P<0.05)。中医临床疗效对比,观察组治疗痊愈率、显效率、有效率、无效率分别为40.0%、46.7%、13.3%、0.0%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=4.953,P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加味治疗应用于前庭性偏头痛风痰上扰型患者,对患者头痛、眩晕症状缓解作用显著,疗效可靠,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating vestibular migraine with wind and phlegm disturbance.Methods The time range for the inclusion of cases was from January 2017 to January 2019.All patients were conveniently selected in the hospital due to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of vestibular migraine,and were treated by wind and phlegm.A total of 60 cases were treated by conventional Western medicine(control group),Western medicine+Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction(observation group)were treated with 30 cases,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The headache score and dizziness score(DHI)of the observation group were(2.08±0.41)points and(23.22±4.35)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group and was statistically significant difference(t=11.804,7.862,P<0.05).Compared with the clinical efficacy in traditional Chinese medicine,the cure rate,apparent rate,effective rate and no efficiency of the observation group were40.0%,46.7%,13.3%,and 0.0%respectively,which were statistically significant different from the control group(Z=4.953,P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is used in the treatment of vestibular migraine patients with wind and phlegm disturbance.It has a significant relieving effect on patients with headache and dizziness.The curative effect is reliable and it is worthy of clinical reference.
