高职院校综合竞争力的培育与提升涉及人才培养质量、教研科研水平、资源集聚能力等诸多职能活动。当下适逢国家职业教育创新发展与“双高”项目建设的节点时期,高职教育如何适应人才培养新要求、提升综合竞争力以服务高质量发展是亟待解决的战略问题。基于新时代高职院校发展现状,以综合竞争力理论为指导,探讨高职院校综合竞争力的工作基调、职教生态以及工作布局,以期为高职教育错位与特色发展提供理论依据。

The cultivation and promotion of comprehensive competitiveness of higher vocational colleges involves many functional activities such as talents training quality,teaching and scientific research level,resource gathering capacity,etc.Nowadays,it is a critical period for the innovation of the national vocational education and the construction of"high level vocational college&subject group".How to meet the new requirements of the society for talent training and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of universities to achieve high-quality development are all urgently to be resolved.Based on the development status of higher vocational colleges,the paper takes the comprehensive competitiveness theory as a guide to discuss the working basis,vocational education ecology and working arrangement,in order to provide a theoretical basis for dislocation development and characteristic development of higher vocational colleges.
