高职院校班团一体化运行机制探究——以淮北职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Integrated Operation Mechanism of Classes and League in Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Huaibei Vocational and Technical College as an example

“班团一体化”是共青团加强基层团组织建设的重要改革措施。然而,高职院校班团一体化运行存在学生对班团一体化的理解不够、团支部和班委会关系界定不清晰、团员青年对团支部提升活力的需要不能满足、班团一体化建设的培训考核评价系统不完善等问题,因此,必须明确机构设置、落实“驻系蹲班”、加强团干培训、做实团学品牌,建立高职班团一体化的良性运行机制。

"Integration of classes and league"is an important reform measure for the Communist Youth League to strengthen the construction of grassroots league organization.However,there are some problems in the integrated operation of classes and league in higher vocational colleges,such as students'insufficient understanding of the integrated operation of classes and league,unclear definition of the relationship between the League branch and the class committee,youth league members'unsatisfied needs for improving the vitality of the League branch,and imperfect training assessment and evaluation system for the integrated construction of classes and League.Therefore,it is necessary to make clear the establishment of institutions,implement the"squatting classes",strengthen the training of league cadres,do the brand of league learning,and establish the benign operation mechanism of the integration of higher vocational classes and league.
