家长互动式参与白血病患儿安全的社工小组介入研究

Group work of Social Work Intervention Study in Parents’Interactive Participation for Pediatric Patients with Leukemia Safety

目的:研究社会工作小组介入对于提高家长互动式参与白血病患儿安全的有效性。方法:基于南京市儿童医院50名白血病患儿家长参与患儿安全现状调查结果,选取16名家长开展小组社会工作介入,运用量性和质性研究方法对干预结果进行有效性分析。结果:干预组与对照组在两份量表的评分差值存在统计学差异(P<0.05),社工小组介入服务可显著提升家长互动式参与患儿安全综合水平。结论:社工小组介入能够有效帮助白血病患儿家长了解患儿安全和疾病照护知识,提升安全行为认知,减少疾病不确定感,提高参与患儿安全的能力。

Objective:To study the effectiveness that interactive group social work intervention in improving the parents to participate in children with leukemia security.Method:The effectiveness of the method is based on Nanjing children’s hospital in 50 children with leukemia children with parents to participate in safety status survey,choose 16 parents group social work intervention,using quantitative and qualitative research method with the result of intervention effectiveness analysis.Results:The difference between the intervention group and the control group on the two scales with statistically significant.(P<0.05),social worker group intervention can significantly improve parents interactive participation children safety integrated level.Conclusion:Social work group intervention can effectively help parents of children with leukemia understand the safety and disease care knowledge,improve safe behavior cognition,reduce the sense of disease uncertainty,and improve the ability to participate in the safety of children.
