中低硅对钒钛烧结矿冶金性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国目前的烧结生产情况,采用中低硅烧结矿进行冶炼是提高高炉生产率、降低焦比的一个有效途径。为改善中低硅烧结矿的冶金性能(主要是低温还原粉化性与还原性),本文以烧结杯试验为基础,在确定碱度为2且保持不变的情况下,通过改变SiO2和TiO2的含量进行烧结试验,并对成品进行低温还原粉化指数(RDI)和还原度(RI)的测定试验,深入研究SiO2含量对钒钛烧结矿冶金性能的影响。试验结果表明,烧结矿矿物组成由于原料结构的不同而存在差异,因此,在配矿过程中要充分考虑各种矿的原料条件、化学成分和烧结性能;不同SiO2配比条件下,TiO2含量的增加对烧结矿利用系数的影响均成正相关,其对转鼓指数的降低作用较为明显,大概每提高1%的TiO2,转鼓指数降低2%~3%;TiO2含量变化与低温还原粉化指数呈正相关,在低硅下提高TiO2含量,对RDI+3.15的影响正向作用更加明显。 In view of China’s current sintering production situation,the use of medium and low silicon sinters for smelting is an effective way to increase blast furnace productivity and reduce coke ratio.In order to improve the metallurgical properties of medium and low silicon sinters(mainly low-temperature reduction pulverization and reducibility),this paper is based on the sinter cup test,conducts a sintering test by changing the content of SiO2 and TiO2 under the condition that the alkalinity is determined to be 2 and remains unchanged,and conducts low-temperature reduction disintegration index(RDI)and reduction index(RI)measurement tests on the finished product,and deeply studies the effect of SiO2 content on the metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sinter.The test results show that the mineral composition of sintered ore varies due to the different raw material structure,therefore,the raw material conditions,chemical composition and sintering properties of various ores must be fully considered in the process of ore blending;under the conditions of different SiO2 ratios,the increase of TiO2 content has a positive correlation with the effect of sinter utilization coefficient,and its effect on the reduction of drum index is more obvious,approximately every 1%increase in TiO2,the drum index decreases by 2%to 3%;the change of TiO2 content is positively correlated with the low-temperature reduction powdering index,increasing the TiO2 content under low silicon has a more obvious positive effect on RDI+3.15.
