摘要
本文使用冷冻法和离子交换法对有机胺液中钠离子的去除效果展开对比研究,研究结果显示,离子交换树脂法除钠效果更佳。其间分别研究了不同钠离子浓度、胺浓、pH以及温度对胺损的影响。结果表明,当pH大于6.5,Na^+浓度大于1.5%时,造成的胺损较小。
In this paper,the freezing method and the ion exchange method are used to carry out a comparative study on the removal effect of sodium ions in the organic amine liquid.In the meantime,the effects of different sodium ion concentration,amine concentration,pH and temperature on amine loss were studied.The results show that when the pH is greater than 6.5 and the Na^+concentration is greater than 1.5%,the amine loss caused is smaller.
