建设用地土壤中锌的筛选值选取研究

摘要 锌是南通市特色钢丝绳行业的重要特征因子,但《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600—2018)未规定建设用地锌的筛选值与管控值,同时江苏省也未制定地方标准,这为客观评价"关停并转"钢丝绳企业地块土壤污染状况、分析潜在生态环境风险带来较大的不确定性。本文分析了国内外现行土壤环境标准中建设用地锌的标准限值,结合《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》(HJ 25.3—2019)推荐模型参数推算及土壤风险评估软件测算结果,给出了江苏省建设用地土壤中锌的筛选值取值的建议。 Zinc is an important characteristic factor of the characteristic steel wire rope industry in Nantong,but the"Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard(Trial)"(GB 36600—2018)does not specify the screening value and control value of zinc in construction land,at the same time,Jiangsu Province has not formulated local standards,which bring greater uncertainty to the objective evaluation of the soil pollution status of the"shut down and turn"wire rope enterprise plots and analysis of potential ecological and environmental risks.This paper analyzes the standard limit of zinc for construction land in current soil environmental standards at home and abroad,and gives suggestions for the selection of the screening value of zinc in soil for construction land in Jiangsu Province based on the results of the recommended model parameter estimation results of the"Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Assessment of Construction Land"(HJ 25.3—2019)and the results of soil risk assessment software.
