产业园区规划环境影响评价是促进规划更加绿色、环保的重要工具,是从源头解决环境与资源问题的战略决策。本文以江苏省响水沿海造纸产业园为例,探讨了环境影响跟踪评价的具体开展举措,为更好地理解和落实《规划环境影响跟踪评价技术指南(试行)》提供参考。

The environmental impact assessment of industrial park planning is an important tool to promote greener and more environmentally friendly planning,as well as a strategic decision to solve environmental and resource issues from the source.This paper takes the Xiangshui Coastal Paper Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province as an example to discuss the specific measures for environmental impact tracking assessment,so as to provide reference for better understanding and implementation of"Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Tracking and Assessment for Planning(Trial)".
