摘要
为探究全灾种、大应急救援体系下消防职业角色与职能的变化对消防员职业活动的影响,研究以改革前后消防员职业心理状态为中介变量进行了预测和评估,结果发现:改革前消防员整体的职业心理状态优于改革后;工龄为11-20年的消防员危机感高,职业心理状态较差;男性消防员和已婚消防员职业心理状态良好,同时具有高学历消防员具有较低职业心理状态的特征。
In order to investigate the impact of the changes in firefighting roles and functions on firefighters'occupational activities under the compresive disaster rescue and response system,the study predicts and evaluates firefighters'occupational psychology before and after the reform.The result shows that firefighters'overall occupational psychological status before the reform was better than that after the reform;firefighters with 11-20 working years had a high sense of crisis and a bad occupational psychological status;male firefighters and married firefighters had a good occupational psychological status,and firefighters with high educational background had a lower occupational psychological status.
