四川九寨沟7.0级地震应急响应及启示

Lessons Learned from the Emergency Response to Ms 7.0 Jiuzhaigou Earthquake

2017年8月8日21时19分,四川省阿坝州九寨沟县发生7.0级地震,此次地震是近三十年来同级地震中总体伤亡最轻的地震。本文从中央层面、地方政府、社会力量三个层面对此次地震应急响应进行了概述,并对响应过程中存在的薄弱环节进行了思考,以期对未来地震应急工作提供参考。

The 2017 Jiuzhaigou earthquake occurred at 21:19 on 8 August 2017,in Jiuzhaigou County,Ngawa Prefecture,Sichuan Province,China.The earthquake was registered at Ms 7.0 and has the lowest casualties among earthquakes of the same magnitude in the past 30 years.This paper profiles the emergency response to the 2017 Jiuzhaigou earthquake from the central and local government,and social forces,and analyzes the exposed weaknesses,in order to provide reference for future earthquake emergency response.
