超声波技术在红芪多糖提取及分子修饰中的应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 红芪是临床应用广泛的名贵中药材之一。红芪多糖在恶性肿瘤和阿尔茨海默病治疗及提高机体免疫力等方面效果独到。本文总结了超声波提取技术的特点,及其在中药多糖的提取和分子修饰中的应用。目前,对超声波技术在红芪多糖的提取和分子修饰中的应用,多集中于以不同超声功率、温度组合及一定料液比组合来提高提取率、缩短提取时间和节约能源方面等研究。而针对超声条件、提取介质温度及pH等对红芪多糖的分子量、药理活性及药效的影响等分子修饰作用的定量研究较少。故超声条件和提取介质条件对红芪多糖分子量、分子结构及其结构与药效关系的影响的研究,将是未来的研究方向和发展趋势。 Radix hedysari is one of valuable traditional Chinese medicinal material widely used in clinic.Polysaccharides is unique in the treatment of malignant tumors and Alzheime’s disease and the improvement of body immunity.This paper reviews the unique advantages and characteristics of ultrasonic extraction technology,as well as the application of ultrasound in the extraction and molecular modification of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine.However,at present,the application of ultrasonic technology in the extraction and molecular modification of polysaccharides is mostly focused on the research of improving the extraction rate,shortening the extraction time and saving energy by using different ultrasonic power,temperature combination and a certain material-liquid ratio combination.However,there are few quantitative studies on the molecular modification effects of ultrasound conditions,extraction medium temperature and pH on the molecular weight,pharmacological activity and efficacy of polysaccharide.Therefore,the research on the effects of ultrasonic conditions and extraction medium conditions on the molecular weight,molecular structure and relationship between the structure and drug efficacy of polysaccharide will be the future research direction and development trend.
