摘要
目的设计一种2.4 L钛合金球形气瓶,用于闭式潜水呼吸器中,提供水下呼吸用的氧气和氮氧混合气。方法通过气瓶结构计算和设计,确定其内径、壁厚和螺纹尺寸;通过工艺设计确保其力学性能和安全性;再通过水压、疲劳和爆破等试验验证其技术指标。结果气瓶的外径为172.5 mm,长度为200 mm,容积为2.4 L,质量为1.9 kg。水压试验压力为45 MPa、保压60 s,残余变形<5%;疲劳试验6000次;实际爆破压力为102.6 MPa。结论根据相关标准进行2.4 L钛合金球形气瓶试验,试验情况满足《气瓶安全监察规程》的要求。
Objective To design and develop a kind of 2.4 L titanium alloy spherical gas cylinder used in the close-circuit rebreather(CCR),for the supply of oxygen and nitrogen-oxygen mixture in underwater operations.Methods Through calculation and design of the gas cylinder structure,the internal diameter,wall thickness and thread size were identified.Proper technical design was enforced to ensure mechanical properties and safety of the cylinder structure,and hydraulic pressure,fatigue and blasting tests were performed to verify its technical specifications.Results The external diameter of the cylinder was 172.5 mm,with a length of 200 mm,an accommodating capacity of 2.4 L and a weight of 1.9 kg.The pressure of the hydraulic test was 45 MPa,with pressure maintenance for 60 seconds and a remnant distortion of less than 5%.Fatigue test was performed for 6000 times,and actual blast test pressure was 102.6 MPa.Conclusion The 2.4 L titanium alloy spherical gas cylinder test was performed according to relevant specifications,and all the testing conditions met the demands of"Safety Supervision Regulations of Gas Cylinders".
