造纸企业压缩空气系统节能改造技术经济分析 被引量:3

摘要 对某造纸企业七台低效落后空压机进行节能技术改造,替换为三台高效节能空压机。合理选用节能型变频空压机组替代原有空压机组,并采用集中控制方式运行空压机组;使用零气耗的吸干机,降低压缩空气的损耗,最终节约电能、降低生产成本。项目节能效果显著,节能率为38.8%,年可为企业节约550.0t标准煤,节约能源成本146.0万元,年减少二氧化碳排放1164.5t。项目投资回报期为2.02a,在经济上可行。 Seven low efficiency and backward air compressors in a paper mill were transformed into three high efficiency and energy-saving air compressors.Reasonably select energy-saving frequency conversion air compressor unit to replace the original air compressor unit,and use the centralized control mode to operate the air compressor unit;use the suction dryer with zero air consumption to reduce the loss of compressed air,and finally save electric energy and reduce production costs.The energy-saving effect of the project is remarkable,with the energy-saving rate of 38.8%.It can save 550.0 tons of standard coal for the enterprise annually,save energy cost of 1.46 million yuan,and reduce 1164.5 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.The return period of the project investment is 2.02 years,which is economically feasible.
