摘要
黑液的碱回收是目前处理化学制浆黑液最成熟可行的工艺,为了满足黑液进碱炉的燃烧条件,需要对制浆过程中提取的黑液进行蒸发浓缩处理。本文以福建青山碱回收二厂3#蒸发站的工艺数据为基础,核算了该项目降膜式蒸发器的各主要工艺参数。并以此为基础建立了多效逆流降膜式蒸发器Excel计算书,利用计算书对全新的6效蒸发器设计进行了3次迭代计算,得到了可靠的计算结果。
Alkali recovery is the most mature and feasible technology for treating black liquor from chemical pulping.The black liquor should be evaporated and concentrated in order to meet the combustion requirements in alkali furnace.Based on the process data of 3#evaporation station of Fujian Qingshan alkali recovery plant No.2,the main process parameters of falling film evaporator in this project are calculated.In addition,an Excel calculation sheet of multi-effect counter-current falling film evaporator is established based on previous calculation.Triple iterative calculations on the new design of 6-effect evaporator were performed using this calculation sheet and reliable results were obtained.
