摘要
本文以长三角区域科技创新能力评价为研究对象,基于高质量发展视角构建评价指标体系,利用熵权TOPSIS法对长三角2013-2018年的科技创新能力进行评价,研究发现:长三角内部科技创新发展不均衡;自主创新能力缺乏;长三角科技创新能力整体稳步发展.并提出建议:长三角应充分发挥各自优势,深入强化合作分工;提升自主创新能力;打破体制机制障碍.本文实证研究也为其他区域科技创新能力发展提供一定的参考.
This paper takes the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation abilities presented in the Yangtze River Delta region as the research object,constructs an evaluation index system from the perspective of high-quality development,and uses the entropy TOPSIS method to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation abilities presented in the Yangtze River Delta from 2013 to 2018.The research found that the development of the internal technological innovation is unbalanced,the independent innovation is short;however,the overall development of scientific and technological innovation abilities is steady.And we put forward suggestions:the Yangtze River Delta should give full play to their respective advantages,strengthen in-depth cooperation and division of labor and enhance independent innovation abilities,and break the institutional barriers.The empirical research in this study also provides some references for the development of scientific and technological innovation abilities in other regions.
