新时代背景下川陕革命老区应急物流发展战略对策研究

Research on Development Strategy and Countermeasures of Emergency Logistics in Old Revolutionary Base Area of Sichuan and Shaanxi in New Era

通过对老区应急物流现状进行研究,针对其存在的问题,提出了老区应急物流发展的具体策略,包括利用信息化手段大力推进川陕革命老区一体化信息平台建设,依靠立法建立权威的应急指挥体系,以及编制具有前瞻性的应急物流预案等,全面优化老区应急物流的运作环境及流程。

By studying the current situation of emergency logistics in old revolutionary base areas,and in light of the problems existing,this paper proposed some specific strategies to propel its better development,including:using information technology to vigorously promote the construction of an integrated information platform in the old Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary base areas,relying on legislation to establish an authoritative emergency command system,preparing forward-looking emergency logistics plans,and fully optimizing the operating environment and procedures of emergency logistics in the old revolutionary base areas.
